In 2011, Elise joined Suntory where she started as Marketing Director for Belgium leading the brands turnaround. After 4 years, she continued her Suntorian career by relocating to Madrid first as Marketing Manager for Schweppes then as Head of Strategy & Innovation for SBF Iberia. She oversaw the entire marketing mix for Schweppes, then the Brand Strategy and Innovation pipeline for the Iberia Core Brands.
