Situated in Coleford, the Forest of Dean, our factory is so much more than a maker of drinks. It’s the beating heart of our operation and a long-standing member of the Coleford community.

Built in 1946 and spanning 53 acres, our factory employs more than 300 people who help make our much-loved drinks, Lucozade and Ribena.

A wonderful mix of new and old, our factory blends its proud history with modern day manufacturing. Blackcurrant stains from berries pressed in the 1940s can still be found on the concrete paving today, while electric robots roam the factory floors and high-speed cameras run quality checks ten times faster than the human eye!

As one of the largest Suntory owned factories in Europe, producing around 1 billion bottles per year, our factory has a huge role to play in how we grow for good. This means making drinks that are better for us, use less water, create less waste and produce fewer emissions.

In 2020 we installed a state-of-the-art bottling line which requires 40% less water and energy to make each bottle and at the same time, gives us the capability to create more, lower sugar drinks at pace.
