    New appointments in Suntory Beverage & Food Europe

    26 February 2025, AMSTERDAM - Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE), a regional division of Suntory, one of the world’s leading beverage companies, has made three new appointments to its Executive Committee under the leadership of CEO Pierre Decroix.

    RYO TAKAYAMA joins the company as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

    With over 25 years at Suntory, Ryo has extensive experience starting as a process engineer and later becoming a production manager. He played a key role in the Orangina Schweppes acquisition and held regional roles in Quality and Engineering across Europe. He was also the Haruna Plant manager and most recently led Supply Chain Strategy and S&OP for Japan.

    Ryo's expertise will drive the company's initiatives forward including the supply chain’s transition to net zero. He will relocate to Amsterdam with his family.

    ANTOINE BORDEWIN joins as Chief Financial Officer effective April 1st.

    Antoine joins from Refresco, where he has been CFO of its German business unit since 2021. He has extensive experience in financial planning, internal control, and management including roles in Shanghai and Tokyo.

    Antoine holds a master’s in economics from Maastricht University and an executive master’s in business valuation from Rotterdam University. He will be based in Amsterdam.

    SACHIKO DOSHO joins as Chief People & Culture Officer effective April 1st.

    Sachiko joined the Suntory organization in 2006 and is currently the Head of Talent for Suntory Beverage & Food International.

    Before her current role, Sachiko served as the Head of P&C for SBF Asia Pacific region. She has held a variety of roles across the organization both domestically and internationally including in business development and marketing functions. Sachiko will relocate to Amsterdam.
