London, 08 February 2023– Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE), a division of Suntory, one of the world’s leading beverage companies, has appointed Tracy Clarke to the position of Chief People & Culture (P&C) Officer.

Tracy will take responsibility for managing the SBFE P&C function. She will lead the organisation’s cultural transformation and change initiatives, building a solid One Suntory community by bringing together our employees from all over the globe, managing and implementing our SBFE people strategy and enabling great employee experiences for our people.

Tracy started her career in Suntory in 2014, and since then has brought her valuable experience and leadership skills to the organisation. She held numerous People and Change Management leadership roles from HR Director, SBF GB&I, SBFE People Transformation and Culture Development Director and more recently, Deputy CP&CO. Tracy has a passion for transformation, leading multiple initiatives and has been instrumental in keeping engagement at the heart of the SBFE people agenda, provided strong leadership for the P&C function and played an invaluable role in shaping our One Suntory culture and business direction.

During her career Tracy has gained a breadth of HR experience through a range of roles across multiple disciplines of HR, many achieved during her years at Nortel Networks. Prior to joining Suntory Tracy held the role of Snr Director, lastminute.com emea where she led the HR function as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Tracy will report to Peter Harding, CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, and is also a part of the SBFE ExCom Team. She will be based in the company’s London office.

Tracy replaces Catarina Bijlard, who is appointed as Global Head of Talent at Suntory Holdings.
